Do Grene Robotics employees have access to customer data?

Not without the permission of the customer.
Like all access control systems, the Grene Robotics customer service manager has to be a part of the customer access control panel to get access to any customer data.

All Grene robotics engineers and service personnel only work on the pre production environment where no customer data is accessible or stored. Production environment access is limited and controlled by the board and logs of access are stored according to international cloud software compliance regulations.
